Tenerife has a lot to boast about and this includes some fabulous sports facilities where people can not only get into shape, keep fit but they can also really enjoy the social aspect of the clubs. One place that is out of this world is Tenerife Top Training because there really is something for everyone at this sports complex.
If you are keen on beach volleyball, this is definitely the club to go to. There are three fully equipped courts as well as a training table. The best part about the courts is they are floodlit which means people can play when the sun goes down when it is a lot cooler. This club is the headquarters for the Spanish national beach volleyball team so you can imagine the quality of the facilities that are on offer.
The complex also boasts a football pitch which up there with the best of them and where many clubs train with all the training equipment they would ever need right on site. There are often some great matches played on this very football pitch. The gym in the sports facility is superb with state of the art equipment and expert coaches always on hand to keep an eye on everyone who is working out. The swimming pools are superb, an outdoor Olympic pool and a smaller one with six lanes. One thing to note is that this sports complex does not use any chlorine in the water because they have diatomaceous earth filter systems.
After a good workout people can take advantage of the brilliant spa with Jacuzzis and a sauna to sit back and relax. If you want to play racket sports then this sports complex offers you tennis, squash and padel as well and all the courts are maintained supremely well. There is a small Adidas sports shop within the centre as well so if you need anything it is always worth having a look in the shop to see if you can find what you're looking for there.
The sports centre is partnered to a three star hotel called Jardin Caleta so if you are thinking of planning a holiday to the island with a view to getting into shape in a wonderful location, you might like to consider staying at this hotel. The atmosphere is great and they do cater for special diets you may want during your stay in Tenerife.
This is a great sports centre that's very family oriented so if you are on a family holiday it is well worth putting this sports centre on your list of places to visit during your time on the island.
