We are a small letting company based in Costa Del Silencio, a quiet area with plenty of local bars, shops and restaurants, and only a ten minute drive away from the main resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

We offer a large selection of privately owned, well equipped self catering apartments, all of which are to a high standard. 1 and 2 beds are available all on complexes with swimming pools, mostly in the Costa del Silencio area, but we are also able to get apartments in Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Linen and towels are provided in each apartment, and a weekly linen service is included for stays longer than 7 days.

We also have long term rentals on our books for those of you who are looking at enjoying the warm temperatures for 3 months or more. Plus a large selection of properties and businesses for sale in the south of Tenerife.

Our office can be found in Coral Mar and we provide cheap international telephone booths, internet cafe, British stationery, car hire and much more.
