How to Find Great Attractions in Tenerife
There are some great attractions in Tenerife both man made and natural which is why so many people love to spend their holidays on this sunshine island. Finding out which parks to visit before you arrive will save you loads of time so you can spend more time having fun when you're there!
Where is Siam Park located on the island and which are the nearest resorts?
Siam Park is the newest and biggest attraction on the island. It's situated in the south and has to be one of the best attractions in the whole of Europe. This water park is amazing and comprises of a Thai theme based 25 buildings that are the largest outside of Thailand. You'll find this park in Adeje and there's lots of holiday resorts in the area.
Where is Loro Park and what it is?
This is Tenerife's famous zoo where you'll find the largest collection of parrots in the world and many other superb animals - all living in a very natural habitat that includes sub tropical gardens. It's situated in the north near Puerto de la Cruz.
Where is Aqualand?
Aqualand is also known as 'Octopus Park'. It's another water park that situated in Adeje. You'll find dolphins at the park and it's a great place to spend some time with the family!
Where is Jungle Park?
Jungle Park was once known as Aguilas del Teide and it's a great zoo that's situated just outside of Los Cristianos. You'll see some great bird of prey displays at the zoo as well as some wonderful animals in a glorious setting.
Where is Monkey Park?
This is another zoo that's situated just outside of Los Cristianos. Kids and adults love this zoo because there's a 'contact area' where visitors to the zoo can interact with some of the animals.
Where is Camel Park?
Set in a lovely rural farmhouse setting, this is a charming park that's situated just outside Los Cristianos. You can get camel rides at the park and there's loads of animals to see too.
