I bought the above book after the TV programme !
There is a great recipe for lasange and I have made it loads of time I can honestly say that IT IS THE BEST LASAGNE I HAVE EVER HAD! And I made it !
I have had it for tea tonight and it was lovely ! Soooo nice ! Went lovely with a glass of white wine too!

Well Rob that was then...... now I have had 4 ! lol
Lisa yes it is .... and it is lovely !!!!!! Much nicer than a normal lasange I think!

...for the life in me i have never been able to successfully make a nice lasagne, so now, i buy a ready made vegetable one from costco..it's lovely!!  |

i make the nicest vegtable lasagne its lush im so proud of it! it tastes so much better full of fresh veg than meat for some reason

Had a cauliflower in from the box and do not like it boiled with meat.... urgh white trees I used to say as a kid ! So I have a soup with it ! Wow it is soooo nice but made soooo too much so I think I am going to have to give some to my mum and dad and freeze some. Whacked some potatoes,carrots, fresh coriander,apple, tumeric,celery,salt, pepper, boiled and then blend...... and then grated parmesan in.. ! Yum Yum!
