 Post subject: 2 bed appartment/duplex wanted for long term rental |

My wife and I are moving out to Tenerife in Feb.2008 on a permanant basis.We are looking for rented accomodation in the Los Christianos area.We are flying out on the 8th of jan. for two weeks to look for siutable accomodation.
We would be most grateful for any info. |

Hi Yorky.
As many have been advised before. You are not going to put a deposit down on a place you have not seen, and no agent is going to hold it for you anyhow without a deposit. There is no way agents can know what properties are going to be available for rent in Feb 2008.
When you get over have a look around LC, pop into some Estate agents and look through the local papers.
