I have never been so poorly so many times in a matter of months (ok 9 months but whose counting). I hardly ever got poorly in the UK and here in Tenerife im constantly getting colds, vomitting coughs (yes of course you want to know), sickness, belly ache

AND

It has nothing to do with the all week partying i ASSURE you!

*cough cough*

These bloody antibiotics better work because i cant drink for 10 days

OOPS!! like i said nothing to do with partying every night

Kissing loads of English boys over here on holiday is a sure fire way to catch all the bugs that they bring with them. IMO the more contact you have with 'foreigners' the more likely it is that you'll catch something.

lol, who you kidding hun, of course it is all the partying, I got one of the worse chest infections ever while I was living out there I am sure it was too much dry ice in Tramps, too much cheap vodka and not enough sleep!! I blamed all my friends that kept coming over on holiday and dragging me out !lol

Time to get your regular 8 hours kip, orange juice and early nights hun !!

GET WELL SOON !!!

Get well soon Ezzy. You will be run down unless you get a few good nights' sleeps and some decent food down you. Take a few night's off partying and do your body a favour. It will thank you for it by getting better quicker.

Something I know that helps your natural immune system is Equinacea (sp?). They sell it here as Natestim (with propolis and thyme). Which is what I've been giving to Xoaquin since he was small when we go to UK or Galicia and he is more likely to get ill.

I have also been ill but cannot blame it on the parties Sad

Well i'm sure as hell partying less in england hehe...all i seem to do is eat, sleep and occassionally venture out but only when i twist my mates arms into picking me up hehe

Infact the last few times i've seen friends they want to drink and i dont, they dont understand whats got into me!! neither do i come to think of it

Though i am still full of cold and a horrid cough - something to do with the mad partying i did up until i got back on friday Laughing

When you come to Burnley we can have a night of partying and I will be ill then all weekend ! ha ha Kareoke and everything lol

A chest rub may take some time, cough mixture all the way lol it tastes lush aswell hehe

I'll be going back, no illness will put me off - well not so far anyway i cant handle this weather and how miserable everyone is!! lol
