Don't like milk .... well milk does not like me, feel sick after a while, I am ok with a little cream, ice cream, certain youghurts, I am ok with natural yoghurts, so can't pass comment on milk shakes.
Even tried Elmlea vegetable based cream last night ... I was actually sick after a while.

aww margaret is it just cows milk or any type in general my dads girlfriend is ill on cows milk yet fine with goats milk?

Meee too ! Can't have cows cheese either... can only have manchego that is ewe's milk or goats milk....
One thing someone said to me was " What other mamals drink another mamals milk ?" The answer is only us..... unless you force feed and animal I suppose 
They say goats milk is easier to digest, break down and is more natural to our stomachs as it is from a smaller mamal.....
Everyone is different though, but changing this in my diet as improved many problems I have. Also my best friend changed my god son off cows to goats as he always had chesty cough, runny nose that he could not shift, a few weeks after changing his milk she noticed a huge difference !
