The best advice I can give is to firstly hire a car. You will be able to cover a heck of a lot more ground and see different areas.
The best thing to do is when you find an area you like call into as many of the agents in that part as you can and find out about prices. I really would not bother viewing as the properties will have gone by the time you come over and personally I would not even leave your details as you will only get nice pics emailed through if you are lucky and without seeing the property it would be difficult to decide. So decide on the area that is best and when you come over in Aug Sept get a place for a week, hire a car and go to the places you have short listed and into the agents to see what is available and for viewing.
Good luck. _________________ Need a cleaner in South Tenerife ? Cleaning just got better... www.maid4tenerife.com
