 Post subject: prices/euro |

hi all,was just wondering if the prices for meals/drinks(lager) etc are more or less the same as last year or maybe gone down in price as the euro is in rapid decline,we was gettin a pint for 1 euro last year in the daytime,we are staying in castle harbour and tend to have most of our nights out down park de le plaz,we are coming next wensday.
also cant find out the price to go,go- karting as the website doesnt mention the price. thanks  |

I think go karting is about 18 euros each for one race.....thats the one near Parque De La Reina.
Euro pints are still about.....the only difference this year is you wont get so many euros for your pounds...which may make things look more expensive.
The general shopping for residents is slightly more expensive..but tourist wont do that shopping much lol.
The tours and stuff are about the same maybe a euro more each....

I think you'll find that its the POUND that's in rapid decline, not the EURO 
Most prices are pretty similar to last year. The fancy or more popular restaurants are still playing the same game of upping their prices by rather more than inflation every year, but on the whole, the only difference you'll notice will be at the bureau de change.

whats the strenght of the euro against the pound on the island?? its just 1.24 in uk!!!!
