The Wolf Spiders I know of have longer legs than most jumping spider types. They do hunt their prey though. Here's a site about them:

Well, if you look at the Jumping Spider site I posted the link for you will see that I am not alone in liking them and whoever created that site calls them "friendly." Personally I think they are very cute and I love the way they look at you with their tiny faces.

Sara, I don't touch the stuff though many years ago when I did I had a row with my girlfriend Mandy who was annoyed that I was more interested in some shiny beetles I found under a stone in the woods we were in than her at the time. I said it was because of what we were smoking and that she'd wanted me to smoke it so it wasn't my fault! She couldn't see that this was the case at all!

If you look at this site the person who created it says they are their fave type of spider. You can see all sorts of types and I think they are cute because they have little faces and legs, furry backs and palps, because they look at you with interest, because they can hop about and because they are little.

.... they don't look at you with interest.!!!...they're sizing you up for when they jump on your face when you're asleep and bite your nose ( or owt else they find!!) it's all those legs and furry bits that make them frousy!!!
