Post subject: Drink Driving |
|
|
Just had a phonecall from my brothers girlfriend to say that my brother has been arrested for drink driving.
This is the 3rd car he has now written off due to this and the 2nd time he has been caught, the first time he pushed the car away and this time he has fled the scene only to be caught up with afterwards.
I dont know anything further yet as the police wont speak to me or my mom about him and wont even tell us if they have him in custody
The car was apparentley found just at the end of his street in someones garden(the fact that he lives in a small street leads me to believe that he wasn't even capable of getting in the car!)
He is of course denying it his girlfriend said, but only an hour ago the police have said they cant let him go until his alcohol levels drop and this happened at around 4-5am this morning!!
When will he ever learn, he is my little brother and i love him to bits but why does he do these stupid things |

He has been released on bail until 4th of june wnich is a hell of a long time, they must be building a case against him.
He is still adamant it wasn't him and that his keys are missing for the car.
He has to go to collect his car on Monday and see what state it is in!! |

Apart from the fact that I dont drive.... ...if I did I would never drink and drive cos I would spill my drink and that woould just be such a waste of money...
On a serious note....IT really is a silly and dangerous thing to do. many people get hurt or killed by drunk drivers... I hate it....I dont drink...and I dont have a full license for a car either..which my husband and friends moan about as I would be the perfect DES...
People should be more sensible and not even drive to the ploace where they intend to drink alcohol.... _________________ Find out more at www.myspacetenerife.com
