Post subject: Long term rental. |

I know this may sound a bit odd, but we are looking at a 2 bed House or Bungalow. Well away from the resort area's. This would be a very long term lease.
I have looked on various sites but can only come up with holiday lets which are all in the resort area's. We would like to live quite a bit more inland.
Any one know how to finfd these places.
Thanks. Faro. |

Some people advertise long term rentals on our forum. Other places you could look are the local papers.
We always advise people to book a 2 week package deal which then gives you time to find a place to live. You then have the advantage of being able to see what you are getting and where.
Tenerife is not that small and prices really do vary a lot from south to north and from busy resort areas to small Canarian villages.
Have you ever been to Tenerife? Have you any ideas about where you would like to be? Or any requirements?
Do you speak Spanish? If you want to live in a small village, a lack of Spanish could make you feel very isolated. _________________ Who am I? Find out more here: http://www.myspacetenerife.com/index.php?page=view_profile&id=17

As has been said many times before. In general long term lets are not advertised on the internet. We always recommend that you book a two week package holiday and then start looking. Who will hold a bungalow that's available now for a client looking to rent it in a few weeks/months time?
If you just want to see the sort of property that's available in Tenerife then look at our property section. _________________ .

Since when has looking for accomodation been a bit odd?
You might find something in newspaper classifieds but you'll do far better by looking after you arrive. _________________ My Paranoia-Management Therapy is going great! Now they're only watching me half the time.... |
