I have been writing writing writing and that's why I've not been here much and yesterday I went walking for a break from being on this machine! lol

On my walk in the Ruigomez area at one point when the "bruma" came down it was cold enough to see your breath and this was 2.30 pm in June on Tenerife!

Hi guys ! Im here, we have been away for the weekend with my godson which has been fun ! And we have been out and about most nights after work too, trying to get fit... we go away in August woooo can't wait and want to loose some weight first ! Although I am not at work at the min as I have come home to look after my poorly husband.... sun stroke from the sun coming in the sun roof yesterday !! Tut tut !

ohhhhhhhhh hope he feels better soon, you don't realise how easy it is to get sunstroke.....Victoria was at a football tournament last weekend, it was over cast yet she still burnt her neck and chest, she creamed up the kids and never bothered with herself

Well he tried to blame me but I reminded him he is 24... it was coming through the sun roof onto his head.... idiot, he should have shut it !
