We have a agency called Age Concern within our building, although they do a very good job, they aggravate me something rotten, they ask for something......like this morning requested a key for a cupboard .....after they had disrupted the key safe, I looked and informed them it was not there, this fell on deaf ears, I was disregarded and they looked again, he went away and brought another member of staff to look, I again told them THEY ARE NOT THERE and was just ignored, they said to each other if the key safe was kept in order they would be easier to find......I had to leave the office, as the last time I retorted to them I was hauled over the coals

Where was the key IN HIS F*****n POCKET

I am trying to think calm thoughts but it is not working

That is what is keeping me sane at the mo, I neeeeeeeeeeed a holiday.

it must be the weather as all the staff here are in funny moods everyone feels flat
