we have claimed for the cabin break-in, got a call last night from the company (Halifax) to make an appointment for a Technician  ???? to call about the claim, so he is going to Phone next Friday 18th at 2.00pm to discuss our claim 
So....... Technician must be a new name for a loss adjuster
