hey margaret hows the slimming club going?

ive started trying to eat a little healthier myself ive been having special k in the mornings for breafast and then ryvita with turkey ham and low far colslaw for lunch and something healthy in the evening good things with the ryvita is portions are small and there very filling same with special k (and after i while the ryvita does taste ok. lol)

not been doing too bad, got weighed last Tuesday, in my first week I lost half a stone, go tomorrow night for second weigh in Confused don't think I will have lost that much but time will tell, the only thing is I know where the weight has gone from....... my boobs Evil or Very Mad it's the bum and tum I need it off.

i second everything chris and leanne said!
natural unprocessed foods are always going to be the healthiest - you know exactly what is in them.
mind you, it is not always easy if you are short on time and hungry!
i prefer to drink wine and found it really easy to lose weight while still drinking probably half a bottle of the red variety a day!

I have a recipe for oatmeal-raisin cookie-food bars in case anyone is interested. They are high in unprocessed foods and low in sugar. Lots of fiber, but probably also loaded with calories. Two of them make a meal replacement for me in a pinch.

Please post it. I love trying new recipes and already have some oats that have been waiting a while to convert into flap jacks but if this recipe looks good I might have to make cookies instead.

well hopfully I will have lost 3 pounds this week that will make it 1 stone in total in the month. I won't be too dissapointed if I don't as every little counts.
