Guys can you help please........ I have a allergy to mussels and am really ill if I eat anything that has them in it (no paella for me)  not only that but if the cooking juice is used as say a stock in a dish, that will also make me ill ......soooooo I need to be able to give the waiter a note in spanish for the chef asking if the food has any mussels or juice in it - when we were out in June I tried to make myself understood but it was very difficult and The Husband was under the table with embarressment  .

Tengo una alergia de los mejillónes y el zumo de mejillónes o caldo incluso. Ningun para mi, por favor!
I have an allergy to mussels and including the juice of mussels or stock. None for me, please!
