We took a friend down with just the NIE form...passports and copies...NO problem and went back 7 days later to collect it...

i warned him we may need a contract or something but we didn't in the end.

Gavin had such a problem getting his though.

They change it all the time...

all you can do is try it. Rob says they have changed it back again so you don't need proof. Although by Wednesday they may have changed it again

woah... long time no speak everyone... im so sorry with the move and all ive had no time for the comp...

im updating this post as ive just been for my nie... you need the form filled out your passport and a copy of the 2... you no longer need passport photos seperate... at the moment its changed again you do not need evidence to get your NIE although at the bottom of the form it asks why you want to move i just put for a contact for a job and i got it

they only let the first 60 through now though which i idnt know and i was number 58 haha

so its a earlly morning if your wanting one
