Hi
Luggage allowance is normally 20kg per person on most airlines, if you are flying with BA then its 23kg.
hand luggage has to be of a certain size and is max of 5kg.
some airlines let you off a few kgs my husband just explains that he lives here and mainly gets away with it. He flies every month and has been with many different airlines.
if you are wanting to bring more than just clothes and need a lot of stuff, then you can box it all up and send it as cargo but you have to pay for this. if you call the airport then they will advise of this.
good luck.... _________________ Find out more at www.myspacetenerife.com

| We are moving in May, and have been in touch with Monarch Airlines, the normal baggage allowance is 20kg, but you can take up to as much as 32kg, which they charge £5 per extra kg over |

You are correct, no bag with any airline can exceed 32kgs for safety reasons. The luggage guys that is.
20 kgs will be allowed free, then as you say the rest will be charged at the airlines rate.

| If you fly with Globespan you can buy an extra 10 kilo for 15 pounds but it must be done at the time of booking and I think you can buy more than one lot of extra baggae per person |
