| What fees are payable on purchasing an apartment that has not been to the notary yet on a new build (El Mirador) been told 6k euros for signing of escutura, plus taxes??? any helpers |

Hi
on average the costs of buying property out here are about8-10% of purchase price.
This cover taxes, notary, escritura and conveyancing. I think its about the same on new builds but i am not totally sure.
Rob seems to be very in the know about these types of things and im sure he will be able to help you more.
