But the search doesn't give tenerife as a start point?... or maybe I missed that...

EDIT : nope, I didn't. You can only search from UK airports.

Ah, right. That's a pity, as the net needs more places to search from here to the UK. I always prefer to do a search before I call... being stuck at my PC all day!

I always use the net for prices as my hubby travels back to UK every month for a week. I do manage to find cheap fares but soetimes i have to phone round........there are only a few sites that let you cheak and book form TFS to LGW.

Also i sometimes get a few discounts as neil is such a frequent flyer lol

I find thomsonfly are quite good for searches the 'other' way and there's a new one I've come across lately, but I'm not sure if it'd be ok to post the link... as it might detract away from the sponsor?.... Rob?

My thoughts exactly Kirsty. That would not be fair play. There are 3 websites I use and I tell you what if I dont get a return flight for under £100 LGW or Stansted I am not a happy camper.

There are bargains to be had my wifes sister is thinking of coming over in Dec for a week and I could get a return flight for her for under £70 and thats including tax!!

My wife used to work for Amex Centurion card travel and so knows where to get a bargain. Her advice................BOOK EARLY.

we booked some flights for some friends that are coming over in july..
When we booked with BA it cost £386 for 3 people for 15days.

Now the same identical flights are £763 ....of course we are happy as larry..............i also booked flights for august for my sister and her 2 teenage friends for a 3 week holiday.nbooked in Jan with BA and saved a massive 200 pound each to............

Hubby goes back every month and we never pay more than £100 either......
