I have no idea how I found this place, although I think that Google may have been involved somewhere along the line. The family and I are off to Tenerife for two weeks at the start of May, and as usual when I go on holiday, I'm sitting at my desk trying to avoid work and get into the spirit of things! Anyway, after a day's lurking, you all seem like a nice bunch, so I thought I'd join in. Hope you don't mind a new member! 
I'm here because last year, when we went to Tenerife, we said that we'd quite fancy moving out there, and having done nothing about it for a year, we're saying the same thing at the moment. Anyone with any views, opinions or recommendations for places to go, things to see, and ways of experiencing genuine Tenerife life (hard when I only have two weeks in PDLA to do it, I know) please, throw some of them this way!

Welcome to the forum BP. You will loads of information on most topics in the forum. If you use the search facility, anything that you dont find then please feel free to ask us and we will try hard to help you.

Wow - and a quick reply too! Thanks Mary.
I've just been going through some of the threads about living in Tenerife, hopefully the tan I'll have when I get out there will cover the green tinge on my skin at the moment!
