2bed, 1bath recently reformed apartment.. in Parques del Conde, Torviscas Alto, for long term rental, minimum period being 3 months..

With own indoor secure parking area..

Amazing views of sea and mountains etc...

Sat TV, Fridge, Oven, Lifts, Comunal Pool, nearby shops, restuarants.

680 euros p/m + one month as deposit..

the price includes bills upto 30euros..

Photos can be provided..

lets c Karl..

there r other rentals on this same complex for 50-60 euros a month more, maybe they r paying finders fees or extras a month to letting agencies..

Im kinda selective whom i want in my apartment and only really want serious enquiries, its very quite top floor corner apt and it may suit some1 out there...

just one other thing..

i suppose u could try El Fraile, a partitioned garage on the outskirts maybe a cheaper alternative for you !!!!!

or maybe i should do this as a short term let..

I don't think that was called for Justin/in_tenerife. It was a justifiable comment by Karl. If your apartment is really nice and worth every penny then please reply in that vein. It is a little cheeky to come to a forum and immediately plaster an advertisement without even saying hello and may I, don't you think?
