I thinking about moving to Las Americas soon and i'm looking for a long term apartment that i can rent out and pay monthly or weekly for! Somewhere with central location!! Anyone know anything avaliable? Please let me know!! Thanks

Have a search though the forum, there is lots of information on here. Mareverde has been mentioned several times.
We recommend that people coming to live here book a 1 or 2 week package deal, which gives them time to find work and more permanent accommodation. |

If you want to save your pennies and dont mind the bus can I suggest somewhere outside PDLA and LC as these are going to cost a premium. I know you want a central location but you will pay for it.
Guaza is very cheap and is 5 mins from LC. You can prob get a one bed for about 400-450 euros per month or a 2 bed for about 500. Also Fanabe (not playa fanabe) is very cheap for rentals.
You could also consider a bit further out Parque de la Reina which is good value.
