High standard apartment (max. 3 pers.) 65m² + 45 m² sun terrace , ground floor with unrestricted view in the quiet El Veril del Duque complex with communal swimming pool , to rent per week, month or longer term. Parking before the entrance.
One bedroom, double bed, living room with dining area and sofa-bed fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, TV-satelite, DVD, washing machine, barbecue, 2 loungers, parasol, linen, bad and hand towels supplied (no beach towels).
Just across the road 200 m from the beautiful beach Bahia del Duque. Supermarket, bars and restaurants very close.
Distance of the airport Reina Sofia is 20 min. and 5 min. to Costa Adeje golf.
Price 1100€ for one month / 650€ for two weeks or ... all included.

Dear Strippersrus,

No, this is not expensive for what it is and yes you will find cheaper, it depends where you want to live.

A long term contract is for the moment difficult, because a lot of periods are already rented.

Even though i dont live in Tenerife, from what ive seen and read, that is VERY exspensive.. Doesnt it adverage like 800€ max for Months when people rent them?!

it does seem a tad expensive for holiday lets but you can try, why not put it on our holiday rentals section, it's FOC

and it's in the del Duque area, which is probably one of the most exclusive areas. Just ask Sara, she likes it there. Where is she btw? She hasn't been on for ages.

hi Dimora.. i rented my apt thru this forum.. i was told it was too expensive aswell.. they were all wrong, even karlb!.. i believe u can do it, good luck..
