Hi
I am from the UK and I'm looking to move to Tenerife in the summer.
I'd like to know how many opportunities there are for non Spanish speaking residents to gain employment in offices and shops?

The same answer to you as to the hundreds of others that ask instead of reading. (yes i know it's much easier to ask than to look for info). What skills can you offer? if it's nil then you're chances of decent work are about the same. Think about it ...if you saved up a lot of money and then started a business here...would you want to employ people who had been prepared to learn the language, get some skills or just take anybody who says they want to live in Tenerife?
It's not impossible but it's not easy. |
