Hi me again, we also need a 3 bed house or ground floor apt in Los Cris, area isn't important. Needs to be unfurnished as we have all our own gear, must have garden for our two very well behaved doggies. Would consider part furnished if it has a garage.

Hi Mate, i have 2 posts on here one for a one bed and one for a 3 bed they are both to start from end jan ish, we have lived here for 18 months and decided to move to Los Cristianos. Both ourselves and my parents need to give a months notice, yep tried all the local papers, net etc etc etc..... It makes it difficult having the dogs and needing unfurnished on the 3 bed as most places are furnished, this is kind of desperation stage, also has to be los cris as my wife starts working over there on the 6th Jan and doesn't drive.

Hi Caty, thanks for your reply it sounds perfect for what we wanted but unfortunately came a few days too late we decided we was never going to find anything it seemed we were seeking the impossible so we viewed a house in palm mar and have placed a deposit on it middle of last week.

I´m glad you find somewhere if you don´t mind could you tell me what sort of rent they are asking for similar properties to the one that I have on offer and also how much deposit they require that way I will know if I have my prices and conditions right I have only just put it up for rent.

Hi Caty, not a prob we have rented a 3 bed townhouse its furnished but we can store it in the garage and use our own instead. I have to say its a gorgeous pleace gorgeous complex almost brand new, its 5 storeys including the garage and roof terrace with gardens and unreal ocean views and we are paying 1200 a mth with one mths deposit. Just out of curiousity which complex was yours in?
