Agree with Estate Girl, La Fuente still looks a long way off from being completed.

We live in Palm-Mar and love it, our new apartment was due to be ready in July 2005, we did not in fact move in until January 2006. So builders dates can be a bit confusing.

I think I have said before a car is essential, but then to be honest think a car is essential wherever you live out here.

we will get a car if we stay long time i dont want to make any decisions yet because the big thing is the fact that we now have a house and no matter how many reasons paul tell me its a great asset to have it still makes things difficult i.e. moving abroad, difficult! lol but if we stay long term theres no way we couldnt go without having a car x x

Hi guys, little old me again, Clarenas apt in palm mar is actually in Laderas de palm mar, its lovely i considered renting it for my mum and dad but i think it might lose its view when "fuente" is built and as my dad has brain damage and sometimes can't get out this isn't good for them. We have opted to rent one of the two bedroom penthouses on the end of the complex where its impossible to lose the view. However, for anyone wanting a gorgeous apt for 580 a month with english tv to boot its a steal. She has pic's if you e-mail her for a link and seems a really nice person from my correspondence with her over the last few weeks, but as stated in the topic the bus service is "pants" in fact none existant the bus stops at the bottom end of guaza at the roundabout so you really do need a car....... but i am reliably informed that the residents of P-M have a system that they all pick up hitchhikers or people walking along the road towards guaza or vice versa, seems a great community spirit down there and i cant wait to get there on the 18th.

Sorry Andy, but I agreed to differ with you when you said:

I think we have to consider in what position the apartments are.
For example our apartment have the view direct to the pool and the see and even after "Fuente" is built not migth lose the view because is not possible to built anything in the pool.

Also we have to think that the height for the new building (Fuente) are down the height of Laderas.

If you can have a look, please do.

If you can see the pictures, our apartment is in the first yellow building just in front the pool looking to the front in direction to the sea.

Our apartment is in the second floor that is really like a 3 floor.


About the montly 580 Euros the price is negotiable, if it is for long term.
