I've managed to get my pool up to 25c this month merely by strategic use of the sun and the pool cover. That's almost a nice temperature !!

Hi Dave and Alli, who would win in entertainment, mmmm let me think, I know hands down dare i say Tenerife :roll:it has our type of entertainment,where ever you go you always meet new friends, as it says in one bar we went into in Los Cristianos, " there is no such thing as a stranger, just friends you have not yet met" how true.
Janbee, I too am a yorkie, and proud of it eventhough I now live here, Wakefield born and bred, love the white rose to bits

Hi Margaret - yep! we agree, Tenerife would win hands down every time - something for everyone - we were in Tenerife last week and met many new people who are resident there, and a bit like this forum everyone is very friendly, helpful and more than willing to give you advice.
Mind you . . . when it comes to a bracing walk in the cold biting wind, you can't beat the Blackpool Prom brrrrrr!!!!!

| Hi Margaret - good to know that you are a fellow Yorkie - I visit Lytham - which you will know probably as well as Wakefield -quite a lot but I also spend a lot of time over in Tenerife. |
