| OK Now it's my turn to turn the tables on you good people in the UK and ask you for info. I'm considering offering work experience to a student of journalism offering the opportunity to live in Tenerife for the summer while writing articles, reasearching info etc. accommodation and food would be provided plus a small salary. I've tried to find a forum for students of journalism but no luck so far, can anyone help me? |

Hiya Rob,
Try sending a quick mail to Leeds Uni & Huddersfield Uni.. they both have journalism goin on there.. or try a newspaper, they usually have a few trainee people kickin about! as long as it isn't The Sun or The Mirror!!!

| Thx Andy, there's 18 Unis providing journalism courses, but I wanted to try to make it an open offer not just to the deans favourite or worse to have the e-mails discarded unread as so many are. |

I have several lecturer friends at Cardiff uni I could have e-mailed for you, Rob, but looks like you've found someone suitable here in the form of Pepperpots!
Pepperpots, when you get here you will find there are a lot of newspapers and mags you can try submitting stories to as well and if you get accepted by any it will be a big help to your career!
