Hello all, my family and i are searching for two 2 bedroom apartments preferably in Silencio area or nearby, we are only holiday renting at the moment ,have looked but not had much Joy at the moment.


We are keeping open our options,but if anyone can help or knows of anywhere much appreciated.

Have a look in the free papers...Canarian weekly, the paper and western sun...they normally have loads for the south....Tenerife news has few but mainly for the north.

Just take a walk around in Silencio, there are usually plenty of 'se alquila' signs around.

Thanks Rob we are doing that but there isnt a great deal , alot are 1 bedrooms, we have got one to see tomorrow so just keep our fingers crossed something will come up.

There are loads of 2 bedroom apartments in the Atlantico complex (opposite Marina Hotel) and if you have kids this is a great place to live as there are 3 pools (varying in depth) a park and tennis courts.

I will ask a friend of mine who lives there if she's seen any signs or knows of anything.

Amarilla Bay also have 2 bedroom apartments on the higher floors (bottom ones are mostly 1 bedroom).

Balcon del Mar are nearly all 1 bedroom so don't bother there.

Will keep my eyes peeled!

Hi all,

Jenny we have viewed some on Atlantico last week , my brother took one but was too small for us.
but ............

Today as in Tuesday we have viewed a larger one and its perfect so yipeeee.

Amarillo bay i phoned for a duplex on there but it had gone.

Things are falling into place now so feel better.

Excellent. We'll almost be neighbours and I use the Atlantico pool sometimes too. It's a really good complex for children there. I have a few friends who live on there.
