As I am thinking of going alone I would like to share some rented accommodation with someone or a few people, can anyone help? Im 27 from Liverpool xx |

Hi Ali and welcome to our forum.
We have job vacancies listed in a sticky in the Job Section of this forum. You can have a look now for ideas of what jobs are available but it would not be worth contacting any yet as not many companies will give you a job (or even an interview) if you're not here. _________________ Who am I? Hi again Ali and Welcome
There are numerous places that take on dancers but you need to be in Tenerife to go and see them Chances are if they like you, then you would probably be expected to start straight away.
With regard to secretarial work, do you speak any Spanish? I think you may find it hard to find this kind of work if you do not speak Spanish as well as other languages.
Shared accommodation, I would try looking nearer the time unless you are very lucky in finding someone thats coming over when you are and in the same boat. I do not think you will hear of anyone that has an appt for sharing this far in advance.
Need anything else let us know

You have several months to start learning Spanish. You get get to a reasonable level in that time if you really try.
why do you want to wait til January 2008? _________________ Who am I? Find out more here: http://www.myspacetenerife.com/index.php?page=view_profile&id=17

Welcome to the forum Ali.
You won't get any legal secretarial work without speaking almost fluent Spanish, and lets fact it, you'll certainly have to type in Spanish and dictate from recorded Spanish tapes etc, so unless you are a very quick learner, I would put the legal secretarial idea on hold for the time being. Dancing jobs in clubs are fairly scarce. The only place I can think off is Tramps in Starco. You might get other dancing jobs, e.g. part of hotel cabaret acts etc, but you'll need far more of a repertoire than a regular club podium dancer.
I would suggest getting involved in the club scene (bar work, shot girl etc) and then get yourself known until you hear of the right job available. _________________ My Paranoia-Management Therapy is going great! Now they're only watching me half the time.... |
