Can anyone recommend an honest rental agency. I am moving my business over to Tenerife in about three months time, and will need to rent a 3 bed house. Can someone give an approx cost. Also how many months up front etc.

Hi Keith, it depends where you want to live but www.sundanceproperties.co.uk are very reasonable and give a good service Normally you'll pay 1 months deposit although some better quality properties want 2; plus most agencies want a fee for doing paperwork etc. Some of these 'agencies' charge a fortune, i think sundance is 80E then you'll pay your rent monthly in advance. Cost depends on area but budget for at least 1000 Euros a month unless you go into the mountains.
