 Post subject: Idea´s please. Where I can take Mrs Treb for our anniversary |

Its our 10th wedding anniversary in early September (together for 18 years and we had some very happy weeks). I have booked a cruise for us but that's not until November. 
Any ideas where I can take my missus for the anniversary weekend. I quite fancy Bognor Regis but that will mean having to book flights from Tenerife. I also thought about taking her to Monkey or Camel Park but shes allergic to animal hair. (I'm allergic to leather that's why I cant go on mastermind!).
What are THE top hotels on the Island or THE best restaurants? (Danny´s Bar, etc). Money is not an object because I have saved up €40 euors.
Ideally, the place will have to be quiet local because Im not sure my datsun will be able to handle a long journey

Why not arrange for all the lads from your darts team and your favourite opponents to meet up at your local for a 'surprise' darts and 'fun' night? Get the bar to play her favourite music, everyone could sing happy anniversary and I'm sure that she'd have a great time. They could all buy you drinks all night instead of giving you pressies you don't want and you'd get to keep your savings.

Dont take her anywhere but buy her a new set of golf clubs and if she doesn't like golf you can always use them....

That reminds me of my son:
It was his girlfriend's birthday on Tuesday. I asked him what he'd like to buy her and he said a Prince's outfit. After explaining to him that I didn't think she'd really wear a prince's outfit as she loves princess' clothes and has many already, he said
"but then I will have something to wear when I go up there to play"

La Finquita is lovely but check first because they have sold up and were moving out when we went up there a few weeks back...No food..no drinks...it was very sad.
It was hubby and mines anniversary yesterday.
We went to the Piramides de Arona theather in las americas to see..Escencia de Amor. It was fantastic. I really enjoyed it and so did Neil.
The tickets are 36€ each for adults...and kids under 12 go free... so maybe you send wifie...and you could try and get a free ticket Treb....lol
well worth the visit.

Is that the Flamenco show Stripps?
I went to that years ago and loved it - made the skin on my arms go all goosebumpy.

Yes it is dance and music......the dancing was fabulous. ....the second half is like a musical ballet.
