That's good news
Thanks for the information I will put it to good use and probably go to the London Office - hope it's free there as well?
Once I have been I will relate my experiences with the forum so others may use the info themselves.
Regards

NIE's currently take about 4 days to process, so you could go first day of your holiday and use your holiday accom address and collect before you go back.
The queue when you collect should only be about 20 mins and you don't need a ticket - so don't need to go at 7am
The information desk (for collecting) closes at 2pm.

Thanks Sam
I like your line of thinking............
We are over on the reef for 10 days so that should give me ample time to apply directly.
I'll look into using the Hotel's address for the form.
Cheers
