Salad Burnet (Sanguisorba minor) is a herb from the rose family that grows wild in the UK and can be used as its name suggests in salads to which it adds a flavour like cucumber.
I have found it growing wild on Tenerife too.

Yes the internet is a great tool to have, dont know how I would get by without it nowadays, Iv not had any internet at home since Thursday back on now, at lest probably till I log of tonight..... bloody computers !! Im lucky to be able to keep in touch though the odd few mins during the day while I am at work, shhhhh dont tell my boss !!! lol
