Hi Beckie..

To get a picture up you do it within your profile.

At the top of the page is the profile..click that and down the bottom of that page is the avatar control panel...

The pictures width can be no greater than 160 pixels, the height no greater than 140 pixels, and the file size no more than 21 KB.

Browse to where it is on your PC and select then upload.

If you have a problem ask your parents ..lol
