The Iceland shop in La Chafiras

The shop staff are lovely to me and help me with my purchases but

Why are the staff in the Cafe never happy ?

Why is Dave the chefs shoes always filthy ?

The cafe staff are never happy I am guessing, because I for one have never actually seen anyone in there, ever

Go at lunch time its mobbed could not get a seat yesterday their food is not bad but their attitude stinks.. I have tried tipping no change so now i dont... Sad

great value large plateful and plenty of choice for only about 5 euro think its subsidised by the store .... Sad

Maybe, working in the shop there is quite a bit of variety. Checkout, stacking different products in different isles. You can walk around and have a chat with quite a few of the other staff members.

Being stuck in that small cafe could get to you after a while!!!!

Other than that they are just miserable gits as you say Sir O G.

While waiting to see the guvnor last week we went for a drink in the cafe. There were two couples eating so I ordered a fanta orange and a dorada sin, it took so long to arrive that I thought she was waiting for delivery from Dorada. While drinking it I watched her making a coffee, I left before she had finished!

It could be because Dave the Chef there is miserable and it reflects on the staff. Sometimes they are under a lot of pressure there too

Dave the chef makes me look as happy as Cris Acabucy on drugs.... Sad

And look at his feet his shoes are minging wonder what the back kitchen is like...... Sad

I must admit I use to drop in there for a bacon sarnie and tea after a morning shopping. They are miserable.

The bloke is dire. The food is ok, but the staff....they should have sued the charm school. Thats all I can say.
