Hi holly b, if you do a search on here you will find lots of information for the things you are asking about. If there is anything that is not covered let us know, I am sure someone will be able to help. But the search facility covers lots of topics.

Cheers Very Happy

Do you want a rough answer or an accurate one? Bard pays 250 Euros a month for a two bed in San Marcos (that's in the North of the island) or you could pay 2,500 a NIGHT in Bahia del Duque.

As karlb says give us some more info on what you want or as Sunny says try using the search. Out of some 60,000 posts on here yours has probably been answered at least a thousand times.

In a dated block but with a decent one bed apartment in Las Americas.

We got a 1 bed, small bathroom (only had shower) apartment with large balcony with sea and resort views.

Bills inc. 430e per month on a 6 month rental.

Las Tajinastes it is called across rd from Aparthotel Columbus.

Holly,

I know it is easier to ask but it would save everybody time if you did a search first. We're not lazy its just you are one of many who have asked this question and it has been answered a number of times.

Yes best when you get there, we found all the trouble of searching the net for estate agents was useless !

Try Expose estate agents in Las Americas, across road from Aparthotel Columbus .. Avienda Santiago Puig is the name of the road.

We went in there and they took us round a mixture of 1 bed apartments starting from 400e a month to 500e inclusive of bills, and there were very helpful and provided us with all the things we needed to live comfortable in the apartment.

Some of the cheaper ones in Las Americas are Las Tajinastes, El Dorado, Playa Honda (18-30), Las Vinas and Altamar (big 3 beds) and are all very local.

Good luck hun
