 Post subject: 6 month let with broadband required |

Hi
I need a long term let for the winter, starting in 3 weeks. Im a single 35 year old professional, non smoking stock market trader, therefore the let must have a stable broadband connection. Being close to a golf course would be an advantage.
It should have at least 2 bedrooms, all mod cons and be bright, airy and reasonably spacious.
My budget is 800 euros per month.
Please let me know if you have anything that might suit.

Hi Barry
A friend of mine has a large 2 bedroomed aprtment on Amarilla Golf. It is large and airy. It is also very close to a golf course lol....It is actually on the outskirts of the golf course.
She has just had her long term tenants move out so is looking for someone else.

| Hi there, i have a one bed for rent in La Finca, Chayofa. It's about 3-4 mins out of Los Cristianons, it's fully furnished and less than two years old. | Hope you get fixed up. One point though I know from looking myself is that you will probably need to organise the phone and internet yourself and in your own name. I doubt many landlords would arrange that for you. It can take a little while with Telefonica. If the complex is new check that others on the complex have been able to get a phone line. In our first rental we were assured by the landlord we would have no problems in getting a phone line. We soon found out that there were no lines connected to the complex and no plans to connect them by Telefonica. |

Hi Barry,
If you are not fixed up, we can offer you a large two bed, two bath apartment with pool and sea views in Puerto Santiago. We have telephone and the broadband just need reconnecting. The apartment is not far from the exclusive new Abama golf course - just right for a stock broker!
