The forum Christmas meal will take place on the Friday 14th December at 8pm (sharp!) at El Recuerdo Restaurant in Adeje (100 yards from the Post Office). The meal is a variety of tapas, including several vegetarian options. For the vegetarians there will also be a plate of pasta and we have ordered a 4th dish so that the non-vegetarians can try it without depriving the vegetarians (like last year). For Chris there will be no nuts in any of the tapas.

Dress
Ladies - the works (a rare chance for us to get dressed up!!)
Gents - Trousers and shirt, ties optional (Rob can show us all his new DJ!)

Price 35€ per person (please arrange payment before/on Sunday).

We have a definite list of 22. Should anyone else be interested in joining us, please add your name to the list below:

Hi all,

Unfortunately Dave and I are going to have to pull out, as we have had a nice surprise in that Dave's daughter is coming for a flying visit (4 days) and arrives on Friday evening 14th, it is her birthday on the 15th. So we shall not be able to come to the Christmas meal Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

We will definitley be there but I leave for UK tomorrow...

Is it OK for us to bring our money to the restaurant??????

I have arranged a babysitter for mine and Judes kiddies...lol

Yes 35€ includes wine, a choice of deserts (including profiteroles, cheesecake, tiramisu or creme caramel) and a tip.

I think I would like a tapas of deserts!! Rob says they are delicious. He and Juum went to check it all out yesterday and tried some of the deserts - I can't believe they didn't take me Crying or Very sad

Do not want to promise and then we cannot make it, as we are picking her up, otherwise it just upsets all the numbers etc and would work out costly for us if we cannot get there in tme.

Karl, I do not think Rob's name would be mud, surely it is better to know beforehand. That is why we decided to say we could not come rather than mess things up nearer the time Crying or Very sad

Had already arranged to have my hair done in the morning, so will still do that, otherwise that would be two disappointments - the best dressed person at the airport then lol lol
