Hello Guys
Even though im doing my head in enquiring on properties i thought id give it a go on here incase anyone thinks they can help me

As you may know im coming out 22nd April, ive got 1 months accommadation sorted but im looking to long let / rent an apartment definaltey until december.
Ive been looking at 3 properties in particualr and im going to speak to them in person in february but wondered if anyone who was reading this could help ( or maybe let me share with them)

I can looking to pay 3 months rent in advance as a safety net that i will have somewhere for the summer and give 3 months notice
Ive been looking at the playa honda, eldorado and parque santiago 1 and 2. - IM MAINLY LOOKING FOR THIS AREA

I almost had an apartment sorted in PS 2 But it now doesnt look promising.

I love cleaning and cooking but i have been known to burn salad !

Can anyone help, or is anyone else going to be looking for somewhere around this time?

Can afford up to 500 - 550 euro a month rent
would prefer 1st floor accommadation but i know i cant afford to be fussy.

I don't think anyone will be able to help you yet. You don't need anything till mid May, who's going to keep a flat empty till then? You'll have a month here in accommodation, plenty of time in which to find a long term rental in the area you want. Stop worrying, thousands and thousands of people have done it with a lot less than a month's accommodation to start off.

Yeah, chill out! You will have plenty of time to sort it when you get here. And I wouldn't recommend sharing with someone you've never met - be careful.
