Hello again,
Calling all Ex-Pats who have driven there personal possessions into Tenerife, I am planning to drive over in a cheap car towing a trailer with my personal possessions in, do I have to have my NIE number and/or proof of residency before I leave to get my trailer load of personal items into Tenerife, I will obvoiusly have a inventory of the goods I have in the trailer and receipts, but it is all just personal home items, just need to know, do I need to get accomodation before I leave or can I do that when I get there, will I get any resistance off the customs for towing my trailer over with my goods in, thanks everyone, all feedback greatly appreciated

do a search on here....My husband drove our car over a couple of years ago and i wrote about it on here...lol
you do not need your NIE before you get here...BUT it may be well to get it anyways.

Theres loads of info on here for to you read lol...

I have noticed that I have new Neighbours...They also have driven their UK plated car over with a trailer...I will try and chat with them and see what they say.
