Dear All,

I wonder of any of you can advise me here. I'm looking to purchase a couple of 2 bedroomed properties in Tenerife in June 2006 for letting purposes. I'm thinking of using a local property agent to manage the lets whilst I remain in the UK. As well as this, I would be looking for an agent to manage the cleaning of the properties and effect minor repairs, service appliances etc. I guess that this would be available, but at a price!! The question is do any of you know (personally) of any reputable agents who could offer these services?

Any advice or guidance that you could offer would be hugely appreciated.

Hiya,

Can anyone recommend any 'good' letting agents located in Tenerife? I have looked at a number on the internet...

I will be purchasing a couple of rental properties in June 2006 and would like to employ a local compnay to manage the lets etc. I confess that the one thing that I'm trying to avoid is to use an agent that is focussed more on revenue accrual rather than the 'quality' of the tenants. It would be hugely disappointing if the property was left damaged after tenants had vacated...... Sad
