Hi there Simon,
Nice to see you back in the letting game!!
About my apartment which you let to your "nice Spanish couple" Liz and Jesus. You didn`t tell me that they had two dogs that used the apartment as a toilet.
And ,whether you know it or not, they smashed up the place,TV in a million bits,curtains slashed,lumps of plaster knocked out of bedroom walls,all bed linen etc burned on the terrace. Cost me 1500 euro Simon to put it right
And of course you never did lodge to my bank account that last months rent.Nor did you send me a copy of so-called Tenancy Agreement.
And what about the Deposit which you told me you were holding?
No Simon, apparently when I started to get suspicious of your motives you fled the Island leaving behind your g/f and new baby .
Having already been sacked from your last Estate Agents job,i suppose you had little choice?
But I`m amazed that you are back. Some Tenants in Castle Harbour who are also interested in chatting with you ,i e ,you owe them money,will be very pleased to hear that you are back in the Estate Agency business
My only regret Simon is that i didn`t know that you were back working for an Estate Agent ,namely T... in Los Cristianos, when i was on the Island last week.
I would love to have a face to face meet up with you.

So Mr Guthrie, any chance of a few Euro by way of compensation?

Hi Bren,

I really sympathise with you we have had real problems with tenants in Tenerife they can be absolute animals especially the Spanish they talk about rock groups wrecking places well nothing compared to the tenants in Tenerife they think nothing of wrecking your place and robbing you luckily we only deal with our rents ourselves and we have the boys on hand to sort them out not nice I know but necessary from our past experience but now I have to say that we currently have some really nice tenants Very Happy
