Hi all
Been a while since i have been on here and i hope someone can help. I desperately need a 2 bed in torviscas/las americas area. and i need to move within the next 48 hours.
However, to make things clear, i can pay 1 months full rent in advance and only half a deposit now and the rest of the deposit at the end of the month. the maximum budget is 800€ inclusive. Ideally roque del conde or balcon del atlantico would be perfect.
I must be able to organise telefonica for adsl once i have moved. Also i have a small cat (2yrs old)
I'm trying to let you know everything upfront so not to waste anyones time but this is really urgent now!!!
I have lived here over 6years, have NIE etc
Anything else you want to know just ask but if you have ANYTHING please please contact me.

Is that 800 euros per month or 800 for rent and 50% deposit?

Well now, things have changed even more. Still urgently need a 2 bed, and have full rent and full deposit available to pay immediately.
Currently have belongings in Storage, and am staying on friends sofa. So any help would be appreciated.
Unbeleivably saw a perfect townhouse in Roque del Conde, was told they were going to call to confirm if they would put one name on the contract or 2, and on the day due to move, TEXTED me to say townhouse was rented. When i called, it wasnt rented at all it turned out they wanted a family to live there and not me!
I am still furious that this happened, I have been here over 6 years, i currently own 2 companies, yet because i am a single female under 30 (just;)) and my flatmate is a single male also under 30 they chose to wait till the day i had to be out of my apartment and basically leave me up the creak without a paddle. and to make things worse they are an AGENCY.
I would name and shame,but lets just say, if I went to the patch to MK EXCHANGE, i would not be a happy bunny!!!
anyway rant over if anyone knows anywhere please let me know.
