Our aim is to invite people to find a space here, to feel great, to create community, to feel at home, and find nourishment. We offer our guests a peaceful, nurturing environment in which to relax & rejuvenate or to explore our varied education program. We see this as our own small but useful contribution to helping create a more peaceful and sustainable world. Personal Sessions are available daily and by appointment. An initial individual consultation (complemantary, of course) can help you decide if this is right track We provide an integration of modalities such as chinese medicine, massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, nutrition coaching, herbalism, shiatsu, acupuncture with reiki. We also offer visitors regular classes of yoga, tai chi gong, pilates, toning and group meditations. Weekend Workshops will include guest teachers and hands on crafting for a fun and creative time. Topics vary and are planned in advance. Planned topics include writing, photography, sculpting, natural beauty, belly dancing, couples massage and many more.
