Hi There,
Just in case anyone is interested, I have a 2 bedroomed apartment for sale in Costa Del Silencio, South Tenerife. The price is low, 95,000 euros to ensure a rapid sale I hope. It is a beautiful apartment on the ground floor of a very pretty complex that consist of apartments no higher than 2 stories, a ground flor and a first floor apartment. There are 3 pools on the complex, a small supermarket, a cafe etc.
The apartment is advertised on the property section of Sun4free if you want to take a look at any photos. The address is 12/6 Chayofita and it is one of the featured properties this month.
In the event I cannot sell the property by about May/June this year, then I would consider renting it out for 6months to 1 year at approximately 650-700 euros per month including all bills apart from the Telephone if left connected.

Forgive me if it's rude but I can't understand something, there's a massive amount of information about the apartment (read the relevant property for sale page) http://www.sun4free.com/property/listing1226.htm to make it easier.
How can anyone ask for full details?
This isn't having a dig at you personally Jonathon, it happens often.
Enlighten me please someone. Are we missing something?
