Seriously I get the keys tomorrow, then it's a matter of a week or two to get sorted, if I can find some help. I don't want to discuss price on here, it will also depend on several different factors. Send pm if you're interested, with your details. |

That's fine.
The reason for keeping it private is to stop those who only want to know ones business. The new tenants who appreciate the quality are moving in this weekend all going well. The most important thing for me was to find good tenants not to get the maximum rent. |
