sounds ideal but on a pension of £600 it would be hard going making ends meet, love the area with a passion, but will have to try further a field, i thought at perhaps las mamosas it would be much cheaper considering the distance and location up a quite steep hill

I don't know where you've got your information from but you won't find las mimosas a lot cheaper. Perhaps you should look for a studio if you don't have much money.

It depends where in San Eugenio of course but from my house near Puerto Colon, about 10 to 15 minutes along the sea front

Be careful, there are a lot of not-nice people about - don't walk home alone - either get a taxi or go in a group, especially when drunk.
